Michelle Vickers

Michelle brings more than 33 years of customer service experience and a whole lot of heart to Morse Roofing & Siding. Her career began in nursing, where she spent 24 years caring for dialysis patients and treating everyone like family. After an "early retirement" (air quotes fully intended) and a decade in retail, Michelle found her perfect fit at Morse as a key member of the Production Team.

In her role, Michelle keeps projects running smoothly from start to finish by coordinating schedules, obtaining permits, arranging gutter installations, and keeping customers informed every step of the way. She is also often the friendly, reassuring voice you hear when calling the office.

Originally from Connecticut, Michelle has called Delaware home since 1993. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband Dee, her grown children Miranda and David, and her much loved pets, including Kimber the dog, Dolly the farm cat, and a flock of ducks. She is active at Hightide Church, serving on the Welcome Team, and volunteers with her local fire company. Michelle also enjoys gardening with her husband and cherishes time spent with family and friends. Known for her kindness, curiosity, and contagious smile, she brings warmth, humor, and heart to everything she does.
