Exclusions

This plan does not cover storm-related or structural repairs, interior leak damage, or replacement of roofing materials beyond basic sealant or boot repairs. Plan includes preventative maintenance only; additional repairs are quoted separately.

Renewal Terms

Your plan automatically renews every two years unless canceled in writing 30 days prior to the renewal date. Renewal ensures your roof remains covered without interruption.
